Shannon was an absolute delight to have as a realtor. As well as being so fun to be around, she is a wealth of information. She showed us where would be the easiest place to put in an extra bathroom or kitchen, for example. She warned us about things we wouldn't have otherwise noticed while going through the properties. She had a bunch of really great design ideas. She also really listened to what we were looking for and surprised us with things she knew we would love in houses she showed us. She made such an effort for us, and she is such a genuinely nice person who we could trust in to find what would work best for us. We were really specific in what we wanted in a house and she was there with us every step of the way, trying her best even though we were probably one of the more difficult buyers she had ever encountered, lol!
