After the market evaluation Shannon performed, I asked her to list higher , only to find I had to keep bringing the price down , as it was out of market range , after finding I was getting no where, with my unrealistic price , I followed her guidance from her estimate and the house sold with in a reasonable range of her estimate , her guidance for house preparation made all the difference on the sale , I was quite pleased with her professionalism and definitely recommend her, for her experience in her field, and will use her again when the time comes .
