My wife and I recently found our dream home where we could live close to family and longtime friends. Sharon and Mark guided us through the process to ensure we secured this beautiful new home. The real challenge began. We had to list our existing home in a very tough market for sellers. We thought we would make it extra challenging just for fun. My wife and I were headed to Ironman Mont Tremblant (not something we could postpone) for a week, just three days after we bought, and selling asap was critical. Sharon, Mark and their team took complete control of the process. They came in while we were away to make the house look like a model home. They cleaned, decluttered, depersonalized and staged the home. Two days later the house was listed, for sale sign in the ground with two open houses by the weekend (they started everything on Thursday!!). We returned from our trip and the anxieties set in, as they do. It was extremely important to sell as quickly as possible, due to the quick closing (on the new home) while ensuring we hit a minimum selling price. Not too much to ask!! The same townhouse two doors down has been on the market for over 6 weeks. And priced quite similarly. Every time we panicked, Sharon and Mark were there to answer questions, share their strategy and really just listen. In less than two weeks our place sold!!! And well above what we expected. It’s funny, I often hear people complain about real estate commission, particularly with soaring market values. Well, in our case the commission was more than made up for when even just comparing to the place a couple doors down. Not to mention what worst case scenario could have been. Trust, respect and having confidence in your real estate agent is everything. You cannot underestimate the value of a your real estate agent and their team. Your agent doesn’t have a team?? You’re with the wrong agent my friend. Thank you Sharon, Mark and team!!!!!
