We knew Sharon before starting this process and it didn't take much convincing for us to know she was going to be right choice for selling & buying. We were a bit unsure and nervous about finally taking the leap but Sharon somehow managed to make it happen even faster than we thought possible with less stress. Sharon personally went the extra mile and then some to beautifully stage our condo, truly taking care of everything - I still remember coming home from work and finding her on a ladder personally painting our condo. Never thought selling could be made as easy as it was and it was due to her efforts. Buying was also very easy with Sharon, even with our very narrow area, and the time that she put in behind the scenes allowed us to buy without pressure. Hope we don't move again anytime soon but if we do we'll 100% use Sharon again and we'll continue to recommend her without hesitation.
