I found Shaun by simply google searching *buyer’s agent and finding his profile. I called a few different realtors but Shaun took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for in an agent. I was a first time home buyer which can be intimidating in the Vancouver market but Shaun was patient and responsive when it came to answering my many questions. What I was most thankful for was his knowledge, connections and negotiating skills that got me, what I feel, was a great deal. Would choose him again without hesitation, highly recommend.
