We have used Shawn to buy a land for a new built and to sell our house as well. We have used his advisees and on the land we saved 10k, and the house we have sold it in 4 days, 30k over asking. He is the most professional realtor we have used, very knowledgeable, responsive and not pushy (which we really liked).  For sure we will use him again!
