This is not the first time that I have used Shawn for real estate services.  I went back for his services because he was always very professional the previous times.  He is very patient and knowledgeable, and always seems to have the client's best interest at heart.  My condo sold within the 1st 2 weeks.  It was  very painless considering I had a pet to consider and difficult time schedules. As usual Shawn made it as easy as possible.  I would certainly recommend him to anyone either buying or selling a property.
