Shayan was very helpful, and provided me with lots of listings in the neighbourhood I was interested in, and was very responsive to my needs. Before working with him, I often just reached out to listings individually, but working with him really streamlined the process and made things significantly more efficient for me. I have worked with Shayan twice now, and both times allowed me to see numerous properties in a short time frame. He advocated on my behalf to landlords, and provided his thoughts on building quality and how/whether he thought they would fit in with my needs. Very pleasant experience working with him - both times, I have enjoyed the property I've moved into, and he's always checked in after the fact to verify this.
