Then, when the time came to sell the house, I reached out to Shayne again to see if he would be willing to sell my home, he responded right away and started the process immediately. Shayne was on top of everything and was always professional, I had/have a huge amount of trust in him in every aspect of the process. Selling can be a nerve-racking endeavour (showings, services, inspection, etc.); Shayne was there every step of the way to provide a calming response, answer any questions we may have had and make the sale of our first home a much easier/stress-free endeavour. Then, with all that, he has also gone above and beyond and has been more than willing to help us find a realtor that we can trust in the area where we are going to be moving.
