Shayne is welcoming and approachable. His responsiveness is timely. He offered a very useful service of regular emails with updates on what I was looking for and welcomed contact with further questions as needed. I would contact Shayne again if I need to move, either renting or buying. I highly recommend Shayne and cannot think of anything I would change in his friendly and top notch professionalism.
