I always struggle with this type of thing (Real Estate) but Shayne blew me away when he had a buyer for my home before viewing it. He learns about his clients to aid them in finding what they're looking for. He showed me a place that wasn't on the market yet which I thought was being very resourceful, it demonstrated he had a pretty good idea what I was after. He helped me secure what I believe is my ideal home in this market, I feel like he went the extra mile a few times and got me what I didn't believe was possible.
