Shayne has a wonderful personality - we had some negative experiences so it was difficult to trust at first , but we quickly noticed that he had our best interest at heart. He was kind and very very patient even when we had a thousand questions and was available any day without complaints. He listened to us and respected our wishes no matter what. We would definitely use him again and be happy to refer him to others.
