This spring I wanted to sell my house and asked a friend if he knew of a good real estate agent. He gave me Sheila’s name. The moment I contacted her she replied back to get more information and when we could meet. I have to say when I saw her stats I though they may have been inflated but to my surprise they were not. Sheila and her team are professionals. From the Staging person to the photographer she had everything arranged and the people showed up when they were scheduled to show up. From the time the house went on the market to being sold- 4 days! I was away and out of town for work and she handled everything for me. Communicating with me as things progressed, as you can imagine when you are not home to get things done is not easy. Sheila and her team were with me all through the process, I was able to pick up the phone, text or message with my seemingly silly questions and she had the answers or checked it out and got back to me as soon as she could.
