Sheldon went above and beyond to help me in any way he could, helping me with several things that are not typically the responsibility of the agent . Pretty much any time I needed someone there to help me, he made himself available. It felt like a (professional) friend was assisting me to get it all done. Sheldon’s generosity and resourcefulness made what could have been a stressful experience not stressful at all. I honestly can’t imagine another agent assisting me the way Sheldon did. He staged my place perfectly with limited resources, he went above and beyond and supervised my move for me, met a contractor there when the dishwasher needed to be fixed, brought the key to anyone who needed it at any time, even went out of his way and dropped off some donations for me.
