Sheldon was referred to me by my realtor in Victoria BC. I found him to be very helpful, responsive, and a really nice/friendly individual! I was originally working with a different realtor and switched to Sheldon, and his partner Kip mid-house search due to not feeling like the first realtor was the right fit. Sheldon (and Kip) worked hard to find me the perfect place - which we did - and I could feel that he had my best interests at heart, and I trusted completely that he was working hard for me. His good relationship with the selling realtors proved helpful! The housing search was an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend Sheldon to anyone.
