Sheldon knew exactly the type and style of condo I was looking for, and as a result, we were able to find the perfect place for me in record time (about 2 weeks)! Sheldon understood our concerns about timing and cost, and would steer us away from condos that he knew would not meet our standards, which we greatly appreciated.
