Shen helped me buy my first condo, he's very reactive always available and a pleasure to work with. I recommend contacting Shen to anyone looking to purchase a home. The unit was a luxury condo with a great split bedroom layout, along the subway line and within a walking distance to convenient amenities. Shen was able to hustle in multiple offers and act quick negotiate well. He provided feedback and strategy to navigate the stressfull Toronto condo market
