Between his network, responsiveness, and relationship building, he truly pulled out all the stops to ensure a smooth purchase and closing process. On a more personal note, as first time home buyers in particular a home purchase is daunting. It is confusing, bureaucratic, and intimidating as the largest purchase of your lives. At many points it is challenging to deal with the other parties that are assisting you in the process, be that the brokers/lawyers/lender/sellers. This was never the case with Shen. It truly felt like he was a team with my wife and I. When we needed a voice of reason or expertise he was always there in a direct, honest, and kind manner. He was invaluable in our home purchase process and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
