Working with Shen was a pleasure. I don’t quite remember how I found him online, but I definitely hit the jackpot. I was looking for something in the Yorkville, Annex, Casa Loma, Summerhill, Forest Hill, Bay Street and Downtown Toronto. After several discussions with him, he narrowed my search to a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Unit with Parking and a Locker. (Got to have somewhere to put my Hockey Gear!) Shen knew the building well that I zeroed in on. He managed the Closing of the Deal being organized and professional. He recommended the right Lawyer to generate all the necessary paperwork for me to fill out and sign. I was a ‘special’ situation. I am a Canadian Citizen purchasing a Condo from Los Angeles. (Site Unseen) Prior to closing, Shen Facetimed me to walk/do a final inspection of the Unit, checking all the Faucets for leaks and wouldn’t you know it - he found one and had it taken care prior to closing! On closing, everything went smooth with no glitches. I will definitely go to Shen for any more Real Estate Searches and/or Selling and I highly recommend him for any of your Real Estate Needs. He always responded super quickly to my Emails, Texts and always answered my direct calls. Finding my new Toronto home took me almost 2 years, and not once did Shen complain! He always had the same upbeat energy and enthusiasm. Over that time, we got to know each other personally, and I can see Shen as a friend of mine, when I move back to the City…
