As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn. Shen was patient with us in explaining all the ins and outs of the real estate world. From first meeting, to explaining his process and ideas behind the market, to going through our asks and desires, he was there every step of the way, incredibly patient. It was easy to find time for viewings around our work schedule, whether that was early morning weekends or late evening weekdays.
