My wife and I were referred to Shenaya by our Mortgage broker and we are so happy they did. She was so helpful and was always quick to answer any questions we had anytime of day and night. It only took her showing us a two places and the second place we saw my wife and fell in love with. She helped us get an offer in late, 11:30 pm, so the sellers had it the next day. They countered ... we accepted and 2 weeks later we had the deposit down on our new home! She made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress free and I wouldn't hesitate to have her help us again in the future if we were looking to sell and buy something again. My only 'complaint' is she helped us find a house so quickly, 1 day, that we didn't get to look at more houses with her :D.
