We found Shenaya to be very knowledgeable, friendly & thorough with everything. It didn't matter what we asked or when, she was always available and prompt with her answers. She was honest with her opinions and didn't pressure us with anything. She also recommended a great Home Inspector! We would totally recommend her & use her again for any future purchase/sale :-)
