I both sold and bought a home with Sheri. She was knowledgeable about the market, thoughtful about me price range when I was buying, and incredibly helpful when I was selling- how to make my house more attractive to buyers, home showings that I could manage, etc. What I appreciated most though was her flexibility in working with my time frames, (I was living and working outside Saskatoon when I was selling). Furthermore, she always answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a timely manner and I felt her advice was tailored to my needs. She knows her clients!
