I would first off apologize to all new comers, families and anyone in the market to buy or sell their property (or future forever home). This absolute positive recommendation is long over due. I truly know that the exemplary real estate buying and selling experience my wife and I are proud to share would have made another individual(s) "adventure" just as seamless. Christine, my wife and I have always considered ourselves individuals that make sure to do extensive research when it comes to any major decisions. We had conversations with multiple different individuals and familes. The input we received was from individuals that we know both professionally and personally. After compiling all opinions, experiences and information we were given, we were confident in our decision to ask Sheri to be our buying and selling agent. The first meeting we had was amazing. We both felt so at ease, that it was easy to forget that we had only known Sheri for a couple hours, and a couple phone calls. For (what I think is supposed to be) a stressful endeavor, Sheri's professionalism and most importantly friendly demeanor made the real estate experience for our family seamless. Sheri had a professional photographer take pictures of our home for the new listing. Our home was not on the market for more then 24 hours and my family and I had and offer for the full asking price. This was, for lack of a better description "mind blowing". Christine and I were not entirely sure how to process how quickly this was. ON TO THE FUN PART!! Sheri asked my wife and I individually what we were looking for in our future home. Christine and I were not sure how plausible the list we had was, as I personally had convinced myself it would have been a pipe dream. For myself, I could not have been more wrong. Sheri took every detail, our childrens ages, what we wanted as parents, location, distance to schools, area, yard size etc. Within a few days she set up times where we were able to view these properties. I wish I could describe in words the home (which my family and I are in today) Sheri had the professional knowledge and resources to find. Christine and I could not believe the home that was on her list. It was everything we wanted for our family.
