Shilo put us in touch with a Broker to obtain a pre-approval so we knew our price range. She accompanied all our request, & was prompt in getting back to our many texts & calls. After we backed out of the first deal due to the results of the inspection, we were pretty low, but Shilo was quick to make suggestions of other properties within our pre-approval limit to look at & started setting up showings immediately. She also had extreme patients with the many texts fired off at her to set up showings on properties that we wanted to look at after driving around some areas. The property we purchased wasn’t great to look at, but we could see the potential. Shilo put us in touch with a Contractor & Electrician as we didn't know anyone & the fun began, all this done while I had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer & underwent surgery in April. We took possession on May 4th, Shilo made sure we had arranged for the Contractor to be there shortly after our arrival to over the final renovations requirements. Renovations started on May 5th & we moved in on May 23rd. Extremely happy with the knowledge & service that Shilo gave us and most definitely would recommend her to anyone and would use her again in a heartbeat
