Shirin was the best person one could ever ask for in an agent (and I talked with half a dozen of them before my move to Montreal). As a newcomer, she first gave me a thorough understanding of the different parts of town, metro accesses, grocery store chains and what type of "personal vibe" I am going for in the building and the locality. She was always proactive, and an extremely helpful person to the point of being my lifeline in the early days I was here. She made sure I got settled as quickly and comfortably as possible, with the least delays and convenience. Would 100% recommend her for anything, especially if you're new to town and need to know the localities and the pros-and-cons of the places. I am writing my review after 2.5 months of already living in my place, and I can confidently say that she guided me to the best place I could have gotten based on my personal priorities!
