Sid is one of the most amazing person we ever met. This journey with sid started just by fluke. He added the review of one of the restaurant of kitchener waterloo region and me and my wife were planning to go there and saw his review. We got to know that he is realtor. We were just thinking about buying our first property, so I thought let me contact him. After I met him, I called my wife saying he is really great person as he never forced us to buy something which was not good for us. After I met sid, we never even contacted anyone else/any other realtor. I love his customer service. He will respond our queries promptly. All of my calls were answered in very polite way by Sid. He always recommended things which were good for us, otherwise there are realtors out there who are greedy and who are thinking of their own benifit. But definitely sid is not one of them. The best thing is he was home builder once and so once he looks at the house he will discuss pros and cons with us as he is knowledgeable in that aspect. He has some good strategies to help their clients which he gained over the years throughout his experience of real estate transactions. He is man of integrity and honesty. Sid is not just a realtor for us, he is more of our friend now. He will be our realtor for all real estate transaction in future. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is buying/selling properties.
