We met Simon Duong when we were walking through an open house. He was very nice and approachable. He was very responsive and helpful in regard to my questions. Furthermore, he was not pushy which my husband and I both liked. He took us through a few homes but the one we eventually purchased was a home I found and asked him to see. After we finally purchased a home and listed ours he was not as responsive/helpful as he was at first. Guaranteed the sale of our home to his brother but never actually showed us anything in writing like we had asked. Selling and buying a home is a very stressful and an expensive time in ones life so I wish he had been a little more responsive/helpful. I shouldn't have to send the same text a few times (days apart) in order to get a response. Furthermore, since we moved into our new home (November 30, 2017) we have not heard from him or seen him since. At the end of the day we were just a commission earned. For this reason, I would not work with him in the future.
