As out of town buyers, what seemed like a daunting task was made extraordinarily easier with Simon as our realtor. He was very prepared with plenty of listings the two weekends we came into town to look at properties and didn’t waste any time. His contractor background was an asset in giving us honest feedback about the homes we viewed. His negotiation skills and tenacity really stood out to us when it came time to make an offer, and we were rewarded with a house purchased under asking! Simon was always quick to respond to all of our questions, big and small, throughout the whole process.
