I first met Siu at an open house. When I finally made the decision to purchase a home, her friendly face immediately popped into my head. I called her and she sprang to action right away. She was easily contactable and quickly made bookings. If I couldn't attend she offered to go on my behalf and video record them. My relatives who could not make the viewings in person felt like they were on location, as she facilitated our WhatsApp tours and gave honest and in depth advice on every viewing. She even suggested not to proceed with a purchase because my heart wasn't in it. Eventually I found a place I loved. It was out of my price range and I really thought there was no hope. Siu negotiated and I was able to beat the competition while still getting it for an amazingly lower price. She gave advice on all steps of the process and even brought her colleague to help me decide how to arrange my place. I don't think I would have found the right place without Siu. She is absolutely a gem and I 100% percent recommend her.
