As a first-time home buyer, I was totally ignorant about the process, and what to expect. Siu Ta exhibited an abundance of patience and broke the process down into language that I could comprehend. This made the process less daunting. Siu listened to my goals in acquiring a property and stayed within my parameters and price range. The viewings that we saw were always well organized to optimize our time in a specific area. Siu imparts her real estate knowledge freely, pointing out features that I didn’t mind, others could have issues with, and for that reason, a resale down the road may prove to be not as quick as I may like. It gave me food for thought. Siu is also quite the workaholic. Several e-mails were sent after midnight (but don’t worry, she’s also available during normal working hours too).
