We sold our house for over asking.  And I’m convinced we would not have done this well if not for Siu Ta. Our house is quite unique.  It's semi-detached, and a duplex.  I have the upstairs half, and members of my family have the main floor and finished basement.  For us it was perfect, each our own private place, yet family just a stairway away. After 12 years it was time to sell.   For those who have experienced buying and/or selling you know it comes with varying degrees of anxiety and stress. Staging was brilliant.  It was a full team of specialists who brought in some added furniture, accessories, wall hangings etc.  All was done safely and within the pre-booked dates and times.   Siu’s marketing and promotion was excellent as well.  She produced a video detailing our house, and the neighbourhood including parks, amenities, transit and more.   And as someone who has 20+ years experience in video production, I can confidently say Siu’s videos were well produced and very informative.  Well done Siu!
