We met Siu Ta when we were renting and trying to find our first home. She came through for us with all our boxes checked off. When we decided to sell only 5 years later. Siu Ta was the only name we trusted and would hear and follow our dreams to reality. Things happened at a breakneck speed and Siu was confirming and helping us make it all work. We had only 2 weeks to a vacation and 2 kids to boot. Everything had to work or nothing would have work at all. Our staging was out of this world Siu Ta was the reason it did work, we would have been lost without her direction. I can tell you that she is not only very attentive, available, and ahead of the curve, but also everyone that she encountered were asking us “Where did you find her? Because she is amazing!” We are in a quiet Family friendly neighborhood with lots of parks and green space to explore. We got an amazing deal on a 3 bed townhome. Our kids have the bedroom of their dreams and we have the home of ours. We are still pinching ourselves that we eventually made it here during this crazy times. Thanks Siu Ta you’re the best!
