Our experience working with Siu was overwhelmingly positive. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of (what sometimes felt like stupid) questions but she was always patient and made sure to answer us in detail. She is knowledgeable when it comes to the industry and market in the GTA and whenever there was something she did not know, she was always quick to reach out to her vast network to find the answer. Siu is hard working and highly responsive, often messaging us or scheduling viewings on weekends or in the evenings to meet our busy work schedules. On a personal side, she is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. Perhaps most importantly, it always seemed like Siu genuinely had our best interests at heart (as opposed to someone who was just trying to make a sale). If something was wrong with a house then she was quick to point it out. If we said we weren’t interested in a property then she was always patient, remained positive and got to work on finding the next one. At one point, we were even looking at a property where she stood to make a significantly lower commission (because the seller was using one of those budget real estate companies) but she remained supportive because it was most important to her that we found a home we were happy with. In the end, Siu was able to find us a house that met all our requirements and at a great price. Now even months after closing, she still continues to stay in touch and answer our questions whenever needed. Siu delivered everything we could have asked for and more and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the GTA.
