I highly recommend Siu. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor when we were purchasing our new home, which we are delighted with. It was our first time buying a property and Siu was able to tell us everything that we needed to know about the whole process. She knows the East York neighbourhood extensively and was able to help us identify the exact type of home that we were looking for. Siu was always readily available for viewings and to answer any questions that we had. We never felt under any pressure during any stage of the process and Siu helped to make everything stress free. Her knowledge of the housing market proved very helpful and I honestly don't believe that we would have gotten the house we did if it weren't for her. People told me that purchasing a new home is one of life's most stressful experiences but thanks to Siu I completely disagree, we enjoyed every step of the adventure.
