Siu was extremely patient, passionate about her work, and an absolute joy to work with! We couldn't be happier with the home that she helped us find, which checked off all the boxes of being close to family in a great location/neighbourhood. She is responsive and hardworking, whether it's late at night, during holidays, or even her birthday! If you didn't know better, it would feel as if she was working solely with you. She was generous with both her time and contacts, walking us through the entire process as first time home-buyers and getting us in touch with a mortgage broker and home inspector. When we were searching for a realtor, the most important attribute to us was transparency and integrity which Siu has demonstrated through and through. She is honest about reasons for why a home may not be worth it or in pointing out red flags in properties that we should avoid rather than pushing a sale. Siu also ensured that we never lost out on a potential home we liked as viewings were booked the same or next day. She is knowledgeable in her field and never hesitated to put in the offer we want. In speaking to friends and relatives about their past/current realtors, there is a clear difference in our experiences, in that Siu offers quality and is everything you would look for in a realtor.
