I was introduced to Siu shortly after landing in Toronto at a time when schools and offices were reopening. The property market was extremely competitive and I didn't have hopes of finding a suitable accommodation since I was new to Canada, not meeting some of the general minimum requirements for rental. Siu helped reassure me and presented the state of the market in a transparent and understandable way. She was very kind, professional and meticulous and continuously updated me on the various listings while sharing some the stories of various areas in Toronto. Sometimes I felt like I had a guardian angel just from the questions she would ask during viewings. She even went out of her way to bring be medical supplies when I was not well. She also gave me a guided tour of downtown which I really appreciated. I would have probably been lost and homeless without Siu's help. As a newcomer, I needed to focus on finding a job and for that I needed the peace of mind that comes with having a place to stay. Siu helped me tremendously in achieving that. Thanks Siu
