I absolutely recommend Siu Ta to any prospective seller. My two siblings and I first met Siu all together on March 6th online with the call stretching from Calgary, Toronto, to the UK. The house had been on the market for some time the previous year and I was feeling pessimistic about selling it. The speed at which things were accomplished was nothing short of a miracle. Siu took the time to understand the area and be in a position to present every advantage of the house and location. Her hands on approach meant that she was present at all the showings and went the extra mile (and more) to show the house to it’s very best potential with great success. By April 11th a deal had been agreed and all done and dusted on June 4th. Siu Ta has proven to be an outstanding realtor.
