Sophie just sold my house in Maple Ridge in this bad market and we got very close to what we were asking. She is the best realtor I could have hoped for. Never for a second did I feel pressured by her and all of the opinions she gave were backed by market data. Her team was also amazing! Her stagers transformed my house with my own furniture and a few of their accents, and the pictures her photographer took/edited were the highest quality. I really can't recommend Sophie enough based on my experience. She is as great of a person as she is a realtor.
