July 18, 2024 I would like to take a moment to thank our amazing realtor, Sophie Beamish. Sophie was terrific with us! She was never judgmental, never too busy to answer our questions, and she always treated us with respect and a ton of professionalism. She gave us hints on how to view potential new homes, how to speak to owners or other realtors, what to look for and how to compromise when necessary (amazing!!). This was something I would never have thought of, and she made us feel very comfortable both viewing new places and showing our own home. Very knowledgeable! Sophie was upbeat and always ready to help out. She worked hard when we staged our home, for selling, right beside us. She was terrific! She knew all the right people, had all the right connections and gave advice with kindness and confidence. We felt well looked after and comfortable with her. It is a difficult thing emotionally, to sell and purchase a home. Sophie made the whole experience positive and straight forward. I feel blessed to have had her helping us. She led us thru the whole process with energy and unfailing support. I can not recommend Sophie Beamish enough. Nothing was left to chance; she was on top of every aspect of our sale and purchase.
