Spencer was excellent at changing gears when our first potential house fell through on inspection. She cleared her day and lined up nine viewings as I was only in town for the weekend. We were able to view houses, choose a house, make an offer, have it accepted, and get the inspection done in about 30 hours or less. We even viewed additional houses in the time I had left in case anything happened with house #2. I highly recommend Spencer! She is very hard-working, responsive, and personable.
