Stacy Coates did a wonderful job at managing a tricky transaction. She was patient and very proactive in this house's dealing that involved multiple signing parties. She assed the house correctly and was able to get an offer to what we wanted and made the process very seamless. They provided brochures for the prospect buyers with the house information that enhanced the selling potential and the stager service that she works with is amazing and very flexible.
