Had a wonderful experience working with Stam! Really took the time to learn about us to curate a list of properties that would match our wants and needs, while keeping our budget in mind. Stam was attentive when viewing properties. Outlining pros and cons. Also looking for potential issues. When it came time to place an offer, he was fundamental during negotiations. Entire process from introduction to accepting offer took less then a month. Even checked in after we took possession to ensure everything went smoothly. Looking forward to working with Stam again!
