Couldn't be bothered with us. Was always rushed during visits; 10-minutes maximum. Always seemed like he had somewhere else to be. Had the feel of a sleezy car salesman. Talked down to me like I was an idiot or didn't understand. If I didn't have a contract with him, I would have ended our time much sooner. I will never use him again or recommend him.

Reply: Hi Nicole, thank you for your feedback. I agree this was a difficult transaction for both of us. I found we encountered challenges because despite my advice you insisted on doing things your way. I tried a number of ways to explain but always felt my hands were tied and consequently became a "yes" man to what you wanted to do. Most difficult transaction I've had in 11 years. All the best. Stan
