His sales speech was good, seemed to know his stuff. Good response to our needs. Had issues with realtors leaving light on after showings, didn’t care for his response each time I let him know, I felt he did own that as our agent. took a lost on the sale because in his initial speech he told us we could get more, so we turned down the first offer we got and sold under that first offer. Had an all right experience, but would probably try someone else next time. Thanks

Regarding the issues during showings, I completely understand your frustration. Although I can't control what other agents do, I took those concerns seriously. I also covered the cost of repairing a door damaged by someone else because I wanted to make things right.
