I have dealt with Stefan Cormier for 2 house, and a piece of property. He is the absolute BEST agent around. He always lets you know he is on your side and never leaves you hanging!!! This is the most important part -- excellent communication!! I have referred him numerous times and if required again in my life I will be having his help again :)
