This resulted in us having to take an air BNB for three weeks, moving everything into a storage unit, and then moving everything out of a storage unit when we were able to take possession. This resulted in about five thousand dollars in extra expenses because of a lack of communication.

I am very sorry you feel this way, but I disagree. I called and went over the offer and counters as we received them. We also sent a to-do list stating what needed to be done prior to closing and included the closing date. Again I am sorry you felt this way but never once did I delay info or not give you the proper info.As I told you from day #1, I take my job seriously and do everything I can to give you the best experience possible. I really thought I did well selling your home in a timely fashion considering the obstacles we had to overcome.
