I would rate my experience with Stefanie a 10/10. I approached Stefanie about a long distance move, as I was relocating from Toronto to Montreal. While I had visited Montreal in the past, I did not have much knowledge about Montreal real estate or even the differences between the neighbourhoods. Not only did I find a place that has all the must-haves on my list, it was in the perfect area that fit within my budget. Stefanie was able to take a tour of the property for me and even take a video from end to end, pointing out particular areas of interest, so I was feeling comfortable with it before we put in an offer. She is sweet, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and puts you in the driver’s seat before getting the deal done. I would recommend Stefanie to anyone searching for a knowledgeable and trusted real estate agent in the Montreal area.
