She is very kind and attentive, caring about every little detail, and also extremely patient. We were a bit rushed, so we couldn’t negotiate much on the condo price, but she stood by us even when we didn’t fully follow her advice. I still wonder if we could have gotten the condo at a better price, but given the timing, everything worked out well thanks to Stefanie.

I truly appreciated your wonderful personalities and openness throughout the entire process :) In this rare case, the sellers priced the condo exactly at fair market value and left no room for negotiation unfortunately so in turn, they would not accept a penny less, although we tried our best to persuade them.
