Beyond satisfied! So happy I discovered Stefanie Wagner in May 2022. Since then, we have bought our dream house on the south-shore of Montreal and also sold our Montreal condo with her. She is also working on another project North of Montreal to sell our lakeside property. She has proven to excel in various settings and even put on some snowshoes to visit our property! She is seriously great at her job and will always work hard to find answers to complicated questions clients or prospects can have. She knows how to handle complexe situations. For example, when buying our home, the seller’s basement flooded after a big rainstorm DURING the process. She really helped us go through this delicate situation smoothly and make sure we included all necessary inspections and offer modifications to buy a quality house at the right price. Also important to mention she does not have the annoying « pushy » side many real estate agents will unfortunately have, while STILL being super competitive and doing an awesome job at follow-ups and next step validation.
